I’m Andreina, a Certified Nutrition Coach
My mission is to help men and women improve their health and confidence through a realistic, science-based, non-restrictive approach to nutrition. I believe in the power of listening to your body and creating habits that align with your lifestyle - not the other way around.
With a background in Biology focused on Human Physiology and Chemistry, two years of Medical School, and a Master's degree in Sports Nutrition and Body Composition, I bridge the gap between science and everyday life. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with practical, sustainable strategies that help feel your best - physically and mentally.
Everything I share stems from both my academic journey and personal experience. I've applied these same principles to transform my own health, habits, and body composition in a way that feels balanced and sustainable.
